1. What the application does

Carry-On Edit Publisher is a content-management tool used by Hardbridge to publish images, carousels, Reels and Stories to its own Instagram business account @carryon.edit, read and reply to Direct Messages, and moderate comments on its own posts.

Account metadata of @carryon.edit (ID, username, profile picture)
Published media (IDs, captions, timestamps, URLs)
Comments on @carryon.edit posts
Direct messages from users who initiated a conversation with @carryon.edit
Post-level engagement metrics for our own posts

We do not access data of third-party accounts or conversations not involving @carryon.edit.

Customer support and sizing/product consultation in DM
Reply to comments and moderate spam
Publish and schedule our own content

4. How we store and protect data

DM and comment content is stored up to 12 months on encrypted, access-controlled servers (Vercel, Google Cloud Storage). Access is limited to Hardbridge customer-support team. We do not sell, rent or share customer data with third parties, and we do not use customer content for advertising or for training third-party AI models.

5. Use of AI

Customer messages may be processed by Anthropic Claude API to generate response drafts. Anthropic processes these requests under its own privacy commitments and does not retain content for model training where Zero Data Retention is enabled.

6. User rights

If you interacted with @carryon.edit you may request access to or deletion of your conversation history at any time by emailing admin@hardbridge.com.

7. Data retention

DM and comment content: up to 12 months
Aggregated metrics: indefinite
Legal-hold records: as required by applicable law

8. Changes

Material changes are announced on this page with a new "Effective date".
